Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of LastTime (“the App”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App
LastTime is a personal utility that helps you track when you last did selected activities, view history and insights, and optionally receive reminders. Features may include widgets, Siri / App Intents, export / import, and Premium subscriptions.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and these Terms.
3. Your content and responsibility
- You are responsible for the events, notes, and logs you create.
- The App is a memory aid, not a medical, legal, financial, or safety system.
- Predictions and nudges are estimates based on your history and may be inaccurate.
- You are responsible for keeping backups if you need durable records.
4. Free tier and Premium
The App may be downloaded for free. Some features (such as unlimited tracked events) may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase (“Premium”), billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Pricing, trial availability, and renewal terms are shown at purchase time in the App Store sheet.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
- Family Sharing may be available where offered by Apple for the product.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App except as allowed by law
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to circumvent Premium entitlements or payment systems
6. Intellectual property
The App, name, branding, and related materials are owned by LastTime or licensed to us. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $10 if you have not paid.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or modify/discontinue features. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
11. Apple-specific terms
If you obtained the App from the App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms solely for the purpose of enforcing the Standard EULA / license terms against you as an end user.
